One Architect. That's the Point.

Before ServiceNow, I spent a few years running 24/7 operations for a managed services provider. Twenty-one clients, no CMDB, and a lot of 2 AM phone calls that better tooling would have prevented.

That's what pulled me into ITOM. I've since built or managed CMDBs in defense, insurance, biosciences, higher ed, retail, and consumer tech. Different industries, same moment: someone asks a basic question about their infrastructure and nobody can answer it fast enough. The data is scattered, the relationships are stale, and the team that was supposed to keep it current left eight months ago.

The thing I keep coming back to is how much changes when that problem goes away. Operations teams stop drowning in noise. Leadership gets real answers. Automation that was "on the roadmap" actually ships. That's why I started Quiver.

Why Quiver.

Here's what usually happens. A company buys ServiceNow, signs a partner to implement it, and gets a team — a project manager, a couple of consultants, maybe an architect if the deal is big enough. The PM runs meetings. The consultants rotate. You ask a specific technical question and hear "let me get back to you on that." Six months later the project closes, the team moves on, and the CMDB starts to decay the day they leave.

Quiver doesn't work that way. There's no team to rotate and no PM to relay your questions through. You get an embedded architect who builds it, explains it, and stays to make sure it holds. When you ask a question, you get an answer — because the person you're talking to is the person who configured it.

That changes the math on everything. Your CMDB doesn't reset to zero after the engagement ends. Your Discovery rules get tuned, not just deployed. Your automation compounds month over month instead of stalling the moment the consultants leave. The flywheel actually turns — sustained maturity, sustained automation, sustained value.

Partner firms sell projects. Quiver builds infrastructure that gets stronger the longer we work together. That's the difference — and it's the reason the investment pays off.
